  • Damp wipe baseboards and windowsills
  • Damp wipe door panels and frames
  • Pictures and knick-knacks (hand wiped)
  • Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs and or vacuumed)
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Damp wipe kitchen countertops and bathroom cabinets (washed)
  • Mirrors (Windexed)
  • Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)

Please note that deep cleaning requires more time to complete the job.

  • Washed and cleaned inside cabinets

  • Washed and cleaned inside the fridge and behind the fridge

Pay for the first hour to book the service

To confirm your booking, we require a deductible deposit for the first hour. An average price for Move In/Out cleaning service is $35 per hour per person.

We kindly would like to note the following:

  • Cleaners do not move furniture but try to reach the deepest places as far as possible. Otherwise, a male cleaner or mover present during the job.
  • Cleaning of the blinds and mini blinds performs within reach.
  • Our cleaners always try to limit the dust in the air, but we cannot control it completely. Please allow for an inevitable dust exodus after job completion.
  • Any additional services require more time to complete the job. Please keep in mind that this might result in a price change in the estimated.
  • Any last-minute cancellation, or if we cannot access your home, or we are turned away at the time of cleaning, are subject to a $75 administrative fee and will lose their deposit.
  • We acknowledge that cleaners are in your home, and we respect both your privacy and personal space. If you do not want us to clean specific areas, please let us know, and we can inform our crew.
